My laundry tray is cracked, what can I do?

Cement laundry trays tend to crack with age and cannot be replaced with another concrete laundry tub because the concrete supports mold mildew and other micro organism in it pores. Concrete tubs have been replaced with Fiberglass, Cast-Iron and Plastic tubs in single and double sizes.
